Joe is a firm believer in customer satisfaction and came up with a pyramid to describe is way of funning a successful business.  The customers are on top, agents in the middle and top management on the bottom.   With this pyramid Joe also includes an open door policy where he is always available for his agents to discuss and helps to find a solution to any issues his agents may have.

With the merger of The Michigan Group and RE/MAX Platinum the ideas from both companies came together to become a unified team.
